Application of T123 carbonyl nickel powder

T123 nickel powder enables the powder metallurgy industry, which requires uniform dispersion of nickel, to manufacture more perfect components. The unique shape and tiny particles make 123 type nickel powder an ideal material for mixing with other metals. Its branched surface allows it to tightly bind with large particles, forming a stable and uniform distribution before powder sintering. During the subsequent sintering process, the two materials infiltrate evenly, ultimately forming components with a balanced metallurgical structure. In addition, it fills the gap of highly compressible iron powder, allowing it to produce components with high density, high hardness, high tensile strength, high impact strength, fatigue resistance, and high corrosion resistance.
