Used as an analytical reagent, such as a specific substrate for the determination of laccase enzyme activity (buffer is succinic acid or acetic acid, final concentration is 0.05mol/L, pH 4.5, reaction at 30ºC for 30min, determination of absorbance change value at 465nm.
