Properties:NS industrial product is light yellow or yellow-brown in color,its density is 1.26-1.32g/cm,soluble in benzene,chlorofrm,carbon disulfide,propyl alcohol,methyl alcohol,ethanol alcohol;not easily soluble in gasoline;insoluble in water,dilute acid and dilute alkali. 
Application:NS is vulcanization accelerator with greatly delayed action,short in vulcanization time,excellent in.coke burning-resistant performance and safe in processing.It is widely used in all kinds of rubber products and the process of tires and especially merdian tires,who has the advantages of greatly delayed action and high speed.Etc. 
Packages:25kgs /kraft paper bag. 
Storage:Put in the ventilating dry place with the storage stable period of 6 months.

Application:

 

Give flat, moderately fast cures in NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, IIR. Can be used alone as delayed action accelerator, normally with accelerators of guanidines & thiurams. Mainly used in

 

manufacture of tires, tubes, shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods, especially

 

those special-shaped products demanding high intensity. Exhibits better scorch safety than MBT, non-staining/ non-discoloring in light-color or colorfull stocks. However, because of the bitterness of the product after vulcanization, it is not recommended to apply it to beverage and food containers. This product can also be acted as a plasticiser/ retarder in CR.
